Club Professional

David Lewis returned to Greystones Golf Club as Club Professional in February 2021 from his previous role as Club Professional at Blainroe Golf Club. This was a homecoming for David who began his playing career as a Junior at Greystones Golf Club and then went on to train under Karl Holmes at the club. After qualifying David gained valuable experience in Ireland and also in America where he worked at the exclusive private members club, The Kahkwa Club in Pennsylvania, for three years.

David has continued his professional development since qualification and has completed many programs aimed at furthering his knowledge and qualifications in all aspects of the golf business, including:

• Director of Golf (PGA)
• TPI LEVEL ONE
• TPI Junior Level 2
• Mind Factor Coach (Karl Morris)
• Trackman Level 1 and 2
• Boditrak Ground Force Reaction Qualified
• Capto Level 1 and 2

David has a keen interest in developing Junior Golf.  He believes that creating a fun, exciting and comfortable environment for juniors is key to developing their game.

David has vast experience in club fitting and uses the best in class club fitting radar “Trackman” when assessing players needs. As well as being a Titleist Brand Ambassador, David is also a qualified fitting technician for Taylor Made and Ping.
