After a review, the Men’s Committee have decided to use a new points allocation to decide the Golfer of the Year 2021. Points allocated for Captain’s day have been changed and success in the President’s Prize and the Frank Talbot are also to be awarded GOY points. Unfortunately the Carrinson Cup will not be played again this year due to Covid related time restrictions but it is planned that in 2022 when this competition is restored to the club calendar that this too will be recognised when determining the Golfer of the Year in 2022.
