Laoise features again

Congratulations to Laoise Horgan who came 3rd yesterday with 36 points in the Helen Lennon Perpetual Trophy event, which was held in Woodbrook yesterday ( 20th August ). Laoise  came third with 36 points, beaten on the back 9. First was 37pts. 72 boys and girls played.

Loaise and Aishling qualify for May Fitzgibbon finals

Congratulations to Laoise Horgan and Aishling Marmion who qualified for the ILGU, May Fitzgibbon finals yesterday playing in Corrstown.  The finals as always will take place in Greystones on Monday 27th at 10 am.

Aishling Marmion represents GGC

Congratulations to Aishling Marmion who played her first senior club match for Greystones yesterday ( Sunday 12th April ).  Aishling teed it up in the first round of the Challenge Cup and won out the country ( 7&6 ).  Jessica Maxwell was 1st reserve.  

Jessica Maxwell turns up the temperature in Hermitage GC

Congratulations to Jessica Maxwell who competed in the ILGU Junior Girls Winter Alliance held in Hermitage Golf Club on January 18th. In freezing conditions Jessica, who plays off 31, came 2nd with a fantastic score of 23pts for 9 holes. Well done to Jessica !

The girls had a wonderful day on Thursday. The Lady Captain Margaret presented the winner Aoife McDonnell (36), daughter of proud parents Orla and Ray McDonnell, with a beautiful silver necklace.
